    Some pokemon have stats changed to make them more useful, such as luvdisc. Most stat changes are minor, the only major stat change is for wobbuffet, because he's now fighting type with moves like high jump kick

    [Other] Making HMs forgettable in emerald?

    I'm new to hacking so I'm not sure where I'd be able to find this information, hoping someone here can help me out! I found another thread showing how to forget HMs, but that solution didn't work for me. Any idea how to allow forgetting HMs using a hex editor?
