You can never use mega evolution outside of battles that's how it works. It's just a power up you can use during a battle. Edit: in gen 7 volt tackle is a move tutor move (iirc) you can't learn it through level up or tm.

In the screenshot floette had a y next to its name but is there a way to remove that to make it like the real game where it only says floette?

Looks great, Pokemon White Was the first Pokemon game I've played and it Was my favourite, so being able to play it on a phone with a gba emulator would be awesome.
