Replacing Giovanni as in after you beat him the first time in the original games, he steps down and leaves. From there on you never see him. I was just to referring to the subject if CA made a part where to go back and battle the original 8 gym leaders in kanto. Sorry for causing confusion

That's true, but the game itself already is going to be very large, since it will have all 4 regions incorporated. I think the only way to mix that in would be after you defeated all 4 regions, then go back and fight the kanto gym leaders, which obviously they would be immensely stronger. And...

Any ideas for a prize as to beating him? I'm just thinking maybe a 9th badge?? that would be interesting. And the badge could possibly give you access to a secret area with pokemon only accessible there.
