Have a look at Pokemon Flora Sky. You should try Pokemon Victory Fire and Pokemon Resolute. They're very hard hacks (especially Resolute) and they have a very unusual way of doing things. I mean you get an Axew as your starter in Victory Fire.

I can't tell exactly. I have only played Pokemon Altair, but there are probably version exclusive Pokemon. I think that it's sequel, Pokemon Vega is also translated. I'm not sure though. EDIT: Gotta love the fact that Torkoal had an evolution in this games :)
