i don't understand the use of subsititute except against one hit k-oers? someone explain please...maybe i'm not thinking right.

Can you help build me a team:D Milotic (M) @ Leftovers Trait: Marvel Scale EVs: 242 sp atk / 242 spd / Timid Nature - Ice Beam - ? - recover - Surf this is the only pokemon i've started on, i was thinking of salamence(special sweeper), metagross(tank) and gardevouir(another special sweeper)...

so, annoyers are not good haha...how about batton passers? are they any good? what wud u guys think wud be gud? i know that i'm guna have a slamance, milotic, metagross and agardevoir in my team...but that's all...not sure...any ideas? advice?

Does anyone know a place where you can calculate EV and IV?

high in sp att and speed, so either timid or modest? As i'll lower defence . Ev's maxing out sp att and speed. Moves: Ice beam surf recover reresh/toxic/safeguard (which do you guys recommend) Need help/advice thank you:D
