    If you have a gamecube you could always transfer them from Colosseum/XD if you have them. If you don't have them, you could rent them. Colosseum is the easiest to get them in (you snag them as part of the story) but you have to breed them due to them being in their evolved forms (no big deal)...

    In emerald, I have the old sea chart and the mystic/aura/eon tickets. I have already been to Birth Island and Faraway Island and when i go to the ferry, the options to go to Slateport, Battle Frontier, and Birth/Faraway island are there but there is no option to go to Naval Rock or Southern...
