Was Golbat's evolution changed in this game? Mines level 40 with max happiness & it still hasnt evolved into Crobat yet

Hey guy, im just curious but does anyone know the evolution methods of Pokemon that normally evolve through trading with items like Steelix & Slowking & Pokemon like Graveler & Machoke?

Pretty much anything that evolves in a certain area like Probopass, Leafeon, Glaceon or pokemon that evolve while holding items like Gligar and Pokemon like that, thanks for the help by the way

So i've been playing Pokemon Moon Emerald for a little while but i'm not sure how to evolve a few Pokemon namely Eevee into both Glaceon & Leafeon, Nosepass into Probopass & Pokemon that evolve while holding an item like Gligar. Any help would be appreciated, thanks
