Red hack: Pokemon Brown 2009 [Final Dungeon Released]
It's possible that the numbers got switched around when you were trading, since the Pokedex in Prism is different. I don't know how to solve that problem, aside from trying to change the pokemon_ID in the game.- Orthodox
