I have an issue, I beat the Elite 4 twice, and also beat Red, then Axel called me and told me to meet him at the Kanto Office Block, which I understand to be the building in vermilion city, but he is nowhere to be found when I go there and none of the people inside are any help. I'm really stuck...

Yes I have a dragon claw tm, can't remember where I found it though sorry :P, does RijonAdventures use trade stones to evolve pokemon such as kadabra? or is there another method, or do they not evolve in the current beta? If it does use trade stones, where are they?
