Originally born in Ukraine, but moved to California when I was five. Haven't really moved (apart from like one neighborhood to the next) since then. I'm a junior in high school right now, and despite my supposedly huge workload, I somehow find the time to dabble in ROM hacking in my spare time. *shrug*

Anyways, I jumped on the Pokemon bandwagon a bit late. First game was Crystal, but I stayed pretty close with the series after that. Got into the "competitive" scene about 2 years ago and followed Smogon for a while, but decided that it just wasn't for me. Finally settled on ROM hacking, just since I love spewing my creative ideas into projects like these. ;p

I'm pretty new to hacking overall, but I'd like to say I have some talent as a mapper. Feel free to ask me for help or advice, just keep in mind I probably wouldn't have enough time to take up a position on a hacking team.
