I'm new to hacking and I just have one question What do I use to change the Pokemon you fight in the wild in Ruby. I've been looking for a program but I couldn't find one?

Well I tried some of the programs I downloaded here but I couldn't find one for changing what Pokemon you fight in the wild in each place.
