The reason arcta thought yours was hacked was because it was caught. Mine was hatched, and after you've got something to pass down the right IVs, it's only as rare as hatching a normal shiny. By the way, this wasn't originally mine, so if it does turn out to be hacked (Which I don't think it is)...

Soon there will be a new featured pokemon. It might not even be shiny, you'll just have to wait and see :D
