theres a bug if you toggle the in game setting from anything from help that stops the autorun from working. if you set it to help it will work.

I don’t think it’s a TM, (check the TM shop) you probably can only get it by level up.

if you are actually soft resetting you are getting unlucky. If you are using save states you aren’t resetting the RNG, biasing the items from the pool that you might get.

Yes, but epilogue isn’t as good as the other cart flashers at keeping updated with bootleg cart configurations. I can’t make a specific recommendation for epilogue as they are far more restrictive than a Joey jr
