I will take a random guess and say it's someone who has access to a huge amount of Pokemons, is actually a skilled battler, have beaten every Gym Leader and Elite 4 ,and finally have defeated the current Pokemon Champion.

They are alright. I don't have any favourite Electric Pokemon, but I don't hate them either. Plus Zapdos and Jolteon are helpful in battling.

He cheated. Simple Though I wonder how he was able to hack the game and make Roar always goes first. PokeSav doesn't do it and I don't believe there is an AR code that does it. This guy is good hacker.

I still like them. I don't really pay attention to the badges, but they looka lright. Also they play music too ^_^

Even though there is no best type, but most dragons are quite amazing. Salamence, Garchomp and Dragonite. They are all feared Pokemons.
