Looking for a base ROM
Hey! I'm new in the community and trying to get back on ROM Hacking (I used to do this as a hobby a few years ago) but you know, Its so much difficult to insert all the new mechanics by hand. I want to make a rom hack with new story and things like regional forms (w/o fakemons) just to start...- Piers Stan
