Just at the part where you get to choose the second starter, I chose piplup cuz I need a good steel type and saved the game after I restarted the game enough to where I got good IV's.

Made an account to ask a question: Why bother having piplup as a starter when its a special attacker and its only steel special attack available flash cannon was changed to a light type move?
