Since I arrived to the Olivane City the effectivnes of the moves are changed, for example the electric type moves are effective against grass type pokemons, water type moves are weak against fire types, etc. In Ecruteak all were normal

Is beta 12 finished? Route 9 is glitched . I don't know what is wrong, unfinished beta or just rom that I downloaded
