    i think you have to have born as your mentor and max out grace before rank c and have 50 charm

    In truth i don't like Devon as a main i honestly like the both of the 2 i chose from way more. Devon actually makes more sense as a rival to me and quite a few people get personally invested in the characters they chose from story games
