I got 3 Shinies through wonder trade in definitely less than 10k tries. So either insane luck, or it is affected by the option at the start of the game

Hi, maybe this got posted already, but Gyarados is unable to use Fly. While this makes sense, it is contradicted by Winonas statement that the only condition to use fly would be having the Flying type, which Gyarados does. This shouldn't be much of an issue, but I'm currently doing a Shiny only...
