    where can you get TM08 Bulk up in Pokemon Ruby?

    nothing much to say really! I accidently replaced bulk up with Belly Drum and thats crap, I am on an emulator (which is same as gameboy btw) and couldnt save it, if i could I would but i couldnt! So where can you get TM 08 Bulk Up?
