I need a importable fountain png for a twin that I am trying to lay out for a new game I'm developing. Hopefully in HG/SS style. Wondering if anybody could provide me with a link.

I downloaded at the link provided and opened it on joiplay, but whenever I try to open it, I'm just met with a black screen. Am I missing something or is it just my phone?

Are all pokemon obtainable in-game? I'm trying to complete the Pokedex but can't find the starters for other regions

For the Torretitan sprite, I think the flippers(what I'm assuming the white things are) should maybe be a little higher up on the body. Other than that, it looks great!
