I have a darkrai level 40+ its using the jap glitch but sorta mixed up instead of the jap surf i used walk thru walls then did the same thing and got it at New Moon Island, non-hacked unless u consider walk thru walls a hack. Trading that for a 50+ darkrai thats from the event. Other than that...
