Maybe we can ride Pokemon that can only be ridden in real life (logically) because people ride elephants (Mamoswine/Donphan) of course Rapidash/Ponyta Zebstrika/Blitzle, and Maybe Bouffoulant and Tauros? I've always wanted to ride a rapidash ever since that episode where Ash did.

I know Fennekin is a fennec fox, but I believe it might turn into a wolf...looks like it.
