My favorite according to appearance is Shiny Mega Rayquaza (I know it's not reasonable, but shh). If I had to choose a reasonable one, it would have to be Serperior. My other favorites include Delphox, Talonflame, Ninetales, and basically any beautiful/flying Pokemon.
