Ok, I Found Where to Trade Star piece to Shards. In Pokedex, Feebas can be found in Plains, Tunnel, Forrest and "RAINBOW CLOUD", Is it True? So, Just Run or use Bike to catch Feebas in RAINBOW CLOUD, no Fishing?
