They haven't even made a trading card for Zygarde yet, but they've released the X/Y trading card series featuring Yveltal and Xerneas, so maybe they'll release a Z series trading card set and game.

I see there are only three locations for the moonstone in X/Y. Do they regenerate in these locations or is it a one time only deal?

Mega Evolutions of all the Legendaries; Yveltal, Xerneas, and Zygarde. Also Mega Evolutions of all the starter Pokemon; Delphox, Chesnaught, and Greninja. Kinda surprised that they did not include Mega Evolutions for these. Oh, and I almost forgot; Mega Samurott!
