Yep! It was made almost entirely with HexManiacAdvance. It’s pretty much an all-in-one tool for binary hacking. Also, in my opinion the map maker is the best I’ve seen so far (like worlds better than porymap which is the decomp equivalent).

There is no other way to get the time stone right now unfortunately. I'd recommend reloading your save if you can. Otherwise, I'll see if I can't make it so the stone reappears in it's original place after using it. That would come in the next update. I'll try to have that fix and some others...

That is correct, there is no physical special split in this game.

I didn't really do anything as far as the pokedex was concerned. There aren't really any rewards for filling it out. Maybe that's something I should add in.
