Just a slight fix because I don't have much time rn, but spikes should go over brave bird on skarmory. Brave bird won't be doing much damage anyway, and you can abuse the fact that you have a great spinblocker in arceus ghost by having both spikes and Sr.

Excadrill is walled by lugia anyway, and thundurus isn't really seen that much but I can see your team having trouble with it(especially taunt twave variants). Personal preference if you want rick slide or sub, but I'd go with sub :]

I only skimmed through the post, so sorry if I misunderstood something. I rarely get caught in frustrating situations, because I have ways to deal with jirachi etc(it's not that hard really). In the cases of stall vs stall 50+ turns of battle, I just turn on the Beatles and enjoy the battle...

e-belt latios is quite the threat in bw2 OU. switch it in like a revenge killer on something (possibly) faster than you, the enemy switches thinking it's scarfed, and you annihilate the switch with an e-belt boosted SE move.

Spinblockers are less popular in bw2 because of the power creep. Full stall is really hard/near impossible to pull off, so you're not likely to run into teams that utilize defensive spinblockers.
