First Beta is almost done. Just need to fix some [game-breaking] bugs, and make a few tweaks to some maps. Should be out soon! You'll be able to battle the first Gym Leader, and explore a few more areas. It's not the longest version, but I want to release something to give a taster of the rest...

Gym time! QUICK QUESTION: Would people mind if I just changed some events (very slightly) from the original DPPT? I'm thinking of doing this for a few scripts, just to add something new.

Oreburgh Mine.. Some of the tiles look a bit weird (especially on the 1st screenshot) but I think they suit the graphical style for now.

Really sorry if I'm revising this. Just was wondering if a new patch is near complete that fixes the square issues. Great work on this by the way!

This looks really interesting. I think the colour scheme is fantastic, and the tiles you have used are really fitting. Will the music be from HGSS? Or will you add any custom songs? I assume you are using the HGSS music patch. Anyway, good luck with progress, and keep up the great work.

Thanks for the feedback. As I've said before, I'm not the best graphical artist, and I found Dawn's OW challenging to say the least. I'll definitely look into it for the future. It took awhile to recover everything. Thanks for the support!

Back! Had a few problems, nearly corrupted the rom. But it's all fixed now, so progress is back! As for the Beta, for anyone wondering, it will contain all events up to Roark, so you will be able to fight the first gym. You will still be able to explore, just not proceed any further.

Yeah I'll definitely start to! Just want to say thanks so much for the OW help, without it the game wouldn't have the same aesthetic as it does now.

New title screen! Firered logo isn't changed - I'm still looking for a logo for the game. Should be done soon. Scripting is going well, not much to show yet but there will be soon.

~(Get ready for the zubats)~ Scripting is progressing! Also, I have decided that the first beta will be up to Oreburgh - this will hopefully be a good enough amount of gameplay to give you a feel for it.
