4th Gen Feebas Problem
I have the same problem, I'm using blue pokeblocks that are lvl11/12 and a feel of 21 I carnt seem to get better than that. I've tried on a level 55 freebas and one I have raised from a egg. any helpful ideas? I am using Pokemon Ruby on a GBA-SP I know this is in the DS section but I really need...- redroo
