Pokemon that don't really have a lot of offensive potential are Pokemon I don't tend to like, however, Milotic just looks great, so all in all it isn't that bad, but I love Gyarados.

I must say, that I actually enjoy (I am still finishing the game) Team Plasma. I believe that their goal is unique, in the sense that they are not necessarily using Pokemon to achieve control over a large population, but they actually believe that humans are corrupt, and are limiting Pokemon...
