10Aniv/Anniv raikou cannot be shiny. Distant land the chances are almost impossible. Also that one you have has psychic if i remember correctly and that's also another sign, raikou can't even learn psychic.

Yep, the only legit shiny raikou you can get is from kanto and the kanto dogs automatically are inputted to have 0 ivs in everything and that one's ivs are flawless.

The event isn't out yet and they haven't "prereleased" it either.
