I was finally able to find Entei by walking back and forth between Routes 30 and 31, near where Youngster Joey is. Get an encounter on 30, got to 31, get an encounter, go back to 30. Didn't take that long either. Hope this helps! Good luck to anyone still looking!

Usually I get 1-2 per game. So, 22 in 6 months is phenomenal!! It has doubled the amount of Shinies I own, excluding event Shinies.

Through random encounters while grinding, I have found 22 Shinies so far since SM released! I have never gotten close to that in any other Pokemon game I've played, which is all of them. Luckiest Shiny streak I've ever had.

I've tried it a few times, but have had no luck. Right now, I'm trying to get a bunch of my Pokemon to level 100 via grinding. And, with the lowered Shiny encounter rate and a ton of luck, I find Shinies fairly often. Whenever I catch a duplicate, I want to trade it for something I don't...
