Yeah, it's a mini-game library of sorts. A mini-game sprite is like a sprite sheet (examples in my shop) and if you have an idea for a mini game, you can post it and i'll make it and add it to the library. And I don't know any hosting sites.

Jydevoir Not my best...I couldn't get the Gardevoir base to work well. A limit of 7 recolors, 5 fusions, and 3 sprite sheets per day
