oh man, i miss that place with the armchair. it was a construction site and right at the edge of that chair, they had dug this huge hole. it looked so cool! down they've filled most of it up.

i am currently reading "skinny *****" which is actually a really fasinating diet book. i loved the chapter on dairy products. like how milk is so bad for you. Milk actually takes more calcium from the body than it gives. plus, most doctors get less than three hours of nutritional training...
