    Did this, and I have all anti-virus software shut off. Still nothing. I am able to run Pokemon Raptor without any problems, so it's just weird. I downloaded both the 7zip version and regular zipped version to test to see if that was the reason. Same results. Edit: Nevermind, got it to work...

    When I try to open the .exe, nothing happens. I have the latest version available.
