That wasn't any different, except there was a 'ReadMe'. But it didn't have instructions, nor did the site; just a description of all the fancy crap it can do, updates, and the legal notice. D:

So, I'm a complete newb at this and I think I have the same problem. How do you patch it with Fire Red? Looking through Google I figured out I need an "IPS.exe" so I got one, but I can't figure out what to do with it. x_x' When I try to open it, it wants an application to open with. ~_~' Halp?

I was trying to download some of the hacked ROMs here, but when I click on the download link it says "Access Denied". D: It doesn't show that I'm logged in on the 'Access Denied' page, either, though if I go anywhere else I'm still logged in - dunno if that means anything, but.
