Which one of your Pokémon is not evolving? There's one zip file you can download on the front page that includes item locations and Pokémon availability. Otherwise, the evolution methods are the same as in gen 7/8.

I built upon Josepho's trainer docs and completed the remaining info left to be filled. So far I think this is the best we can aim to without having access to the code directly, hence why IVs/natures are missing from the sets. Here's the link...
