Short answer: No, you can't. Long answer: It'd be too troublesome to move things around manually in the board's database in order to place your account at #36 and move every other account down 1 number. Something like that would cause far too many problems. :\

I did that a while ago. Pretty sure I dealt with all the triggerable events in Hearthome too. (Bebe meeting you and giving you the Eevee, meeting Mom in the contest hall, defeating Fantina, etc.)
