    What about reworking some of the items into TMs and HMs? Then the Elemental arrows could work as Flamethrower, Ice Beam and Thunderbolt, the Magic powder would work as Will-o-wisp, the Shovel could work as Dig, Roc's feather could work as Bounce, and items that usually aren't strong enough to...
