Yeah the parent has rough skin , alot of my eggs hatched with rough skin unfortunately the 6IV hatched with sand viel, ugh

So for the last 2 days i've been attempting to breed a shiny and/or 6 IV Gible After about 94 eggs I got my 6 IV Gible... and then on the 95th egg the shiny popped out as well !!

Question.. Im trying to breed a perfect 6IV gible.. Are my chance better with a 5iv gible + 6iv ditto or 5iv male gible + 5iv female gible?
