I think Ho-Oh has a better design but I love Lugia. Probably the main reason I watched Pokemon 2000 about a million of times as a kid.

I always took the fire starter in every generation except in B/W. Which was when I chose Snivy. Cyndaquil is my all-time favorite starter.

I'm choosing Fennekin for sure. Besides B/W I've always gone with the fire starters.
