Do PP-ups give back PP like ethers or do they increase the amount of PP permanently? BTW: I baught a full stock of like 40 max potions, 30 revives, 10 full restores b4 i got up to cynthia btw lol Thanks for the replys so far

I've gotten up to her with a level 65 Fire(Tier 3 Pokemon) forgot his name and Dialga But my problem is that i'm outa PP on my strongest skills with no PP ups/ethers or whatever If i lose this fight, I dont think i have enough money to purchase new potions/revives for another round up there...
