4th Gen EV help!
Okay, I don't really understand EV training... From what I've heard, certain pokemon give EVs when you defeat them with experience (EG zubat gives 1 speed EV) but I really don't understand what happens with them from there. People have said that for every 4 EVs you gain 1 stat point to whatever...- Samsam123
