I CANT SEE THE HM SURF! AND I CANT SEE THE DRAGONITE! i stepped on the platform to collect the hm , but nothing happened. no dragonite comes to attack me. and when i dive i can see a foggy screen and nothing else except for me and the pokemon. help...
