I ended up just using my Skeledirge. Had two Intimidate NPCs and a Bellibolt NPC that got off a paralyze. Did Torch Song twice before getting knocked out, a third time after fainting and then did Tera Fire and Sunny Day then spammed Torch Song with Shell Bell heals and had no problem.

Anyone farming this to try and get a perfect IV shiny? I remember the Diito 5-Star raids, I was able to get a few perfect ones.

Time reset for Steel tera dens is the fastest way. If you have the Glimmering Charm (Teal Mask DLC) and make Raid sandwiches, you can get a lot of shards.
