I don't think Dragon/Bug would turn out too well. I could be wrong, though. Same thing with Dragon/Fighting depending on the design. Any other type pairings would be awesome!

Noctowl is really good if you know how to use it. You have to teach it TMs though like Psychic and Shadow Ball for it to be good, and most people wouldn't want to use a one-use TM on him, so yeah. He can take non super effective special attacks like a tank but of course he's weak to any...

Yeah, definitely. I wouldn't be surprised if Kingdra or more likely Altaria got a Dragon/Ice Mega. It would tie in with the Tao dragons, Mega Charizard X being Reshiram and Mega Ampharos being Zekrom. Dunsparce may also fit the Dragon/Ice Mega potential nicely, design wise.
