This is the URL to directly download the current patch that appears on the Patcher screen (I assume it is okay to post this?). It doesn't specify a version, so I assume it auto-updates with the current version.

2.0.4.1 is the most recent version listed on the discord, so I'm pretty sure that's the most current. I just didn't notice that choice under Battle Scene before, but you're right; that option does not work. The other choices do work though, and x4 speeds things up significantly.

I believe I noticed some of the added Pokemon have extremely long hatch distances, but having a Pokemon with Flame Body/Magma Armor in your party should still speed up hatching like it does in vanilla Emerald.

I haven't played this recently, but usually when you need to move a Sudowoodo, you are expected to water it. If there is an item for watering plants in this game, you probably need that.

The file is the patch, but it is just a patch. You need to obtain a ROM of Fire Emblem: The Sacred Stones (not available here) and patch it using something like NUPS Patcher (might be available on the site, but not on this thread) to get this game.

You don't have to log in to download the patch (Just click "Download", then click "or continue with download only"), and it's against the rules of the site (and the law) to supply the ROM, so what good would a zip do other that require extra steps?
