I think that there should be a Karma/Reputation system but you should only be able to recieve positive feedback not negative. people who disagree on a forum often vote each others karma down.

I'm pretty sure the developers made it that way so you would have to get a certain amount of gameplay out of the game instead of just speeding through the game. anyway i love to go back and fill up my pokedex while gaining XP along the way and leveling up my pokemon:)

I usually try to weaken the pokemon im fighting as much as i can and then the weaker pokemon that i have in my team i will swap in and have finish off the pokemon so they share the XP. i like to keep my pokemon pretty close in level if possible:)
