    Looks like this might do. I can't seem to open the pikachu tileset, but that may just be something I'm doing incorrectly. EDIT: I was doing things wrong. The Pikachu tiles needed to be loaded a bit offset

    Fairly new to decomp hacking in general and haven't been in the ROM hacking scene for many years, so forgive me if this is a dumb question, but is there an easy tool for converting the title screen image of pikachu from the yellow decomp into something that can be edited easily?
